  Unfair pricing to begin with. We have very little yard in the back because of a pool. Our quote was oy $5 less than our neighbor with no pool. After months of service we still have tons of weeds and bugs eating the trees. Called and cancelled, they didn't ask why nor even attempt to keep our service. 3 weeks later a tech shows up and we stop him as he was speaking. No one told the tech we cancelled. He asked if a manager had called us and we said no so he advised he would have one call. It has been a week and no call.
